Small (1 in. L to 2 in. L) peppers pack a punch-up to 100 times hotter than jalapeno. Wrinkly, tapered fruits ripen from green to orange. Plants grow and produce best in hot weather. Use to create hot sauce or pepper jelly. Dry and grind to make pepper flakes. Scoville heat units: 100,000 to 300,000. Maturity: 95-days after planting.
