About This Product

Forever Goldy Arborvitae from Southern Living Plants is an upright， pyramidal shaped evergreen with stunning yellow and green foliage. This evergreen is an ideal accent plant for almost any landscape. It sports unique golden-yellow foliage on the tips that transitions to emerald green the closer it gets to the trunk. The texture， color and narrow growth habit make it a perfect fit for corners and a showstopping vertical element in your landscape. The foliage is fanned and feathery， similar to other arborvitaes like Emerald Green and Green Giant. Maturing to 10 ft. to 12 ft. H x 3 ft. to 4 ft. W， it can also be used as a colorful privacy screen， much like Emerald Green Arborvitae. Once established， this tree proves itself to be quite hardy. It's heat and drought tolerant and handles cold in stride as well. Pruning is unnecessary to keep its pyramidal shape. It is hardy in USDA Zones 5 to Zones 8 and should be planted in full sun. Forever Goldy can tolerate a wide range of soils. Fertilize with a balanced， slow-release fertilizer in the spring to help promote new growth.
